SAITAMA: The Saitama Prefectural Board of Education has decided to allow those who pass public high school exams to reject the offer and go private high schools from fiscal 2010, it has emerged.

The board of education had been criticized for making those who pass public high school exams sign a pledge not to decline the offer to enter a public school.

TOKYO (Tuesday) - Japanese wedding arrangement company has teamed up with a U.S. commercial space transportation firm to offer marriage ceremonies in space from 2011, Japanese media reported Tuesday.

First Advantage and Rocket Plane will charge couples around $2.3 million for an hour-long flight to an altitude of around 100 km, which should give several minutes of weightlessness.
